Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts.
• Handle daily bank deposits and assist with clerical duties as needed.
• Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
