Job summary

Suburban Automotive Services in Troy, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will process sales orders, complete dealer and online orders, learn accessory product knowledge, and support hundreds of dealerships nationwide to resolve issues and ensure a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history.
• Ability to multi-task with strong follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with dealership operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, create parts invoices, and repair orders.
• Complete online customer eCommerce and dealer orders.
• Learn accessory product knowledge to assist with model fit, application and installation.
• Perform daily office functions (filing, reconciliation, invoicing, shipping).
• Provide excellent customer service to support dealership customers and resolve issues.
