Job summary

Covert Cadillac of Austin is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our high-volume dealership in Austin, Texas. You will greet customers, answer questions, direct them appropriately, and help ensure smooth transactions.

Responsibilities include handling payments, responding to calls quickly, assisting teammates, coordinating loaners, and submitting claims to extended warranties and insurers. A clean driving record and pre-employment background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service background.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
