Job summary

Lakeland Automall is seeking a friendly, courteous Service Cashier to join our Service team in Lakeland, FL. You will handle invoices, process payments and address customer questions, serving as the final interface with the customer.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, collecting payments, reconciling cash drawer, and coordinating with service advisors as needed. This is a full-time position offering holiday pay and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and instructions.
• Excellent customer service and public interaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Must meet company employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and provide professional courteous service.
• Inform the customer of the amount due on their invoice and collect payment.
• Ensure that each customer is assisted in a timely manner.
• Notify service advisor or management of any customers that are dissatisfied with their bill or the work that has been performed.
• Daily reconcile the funds collected to processed repair orders to balance the cash drawer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
