Job summary

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a Service Cashier for the Service Administrative Team in Missouri. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a rotating 4-10 hour day schedule, 7 am to 6 pm, lunch, and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities include processing payments, scheduling, and communicating with customers to ensure smooth service experiences. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and be able to pass pre-employment testing including background

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver license when a conditional offer is issued.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and record amounts.
• Answer and transfer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Answer customer emails, text messages, and chats promptly.
• Balance daily deposits for cash, checks and card payments.
