Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in carpentry or construction experience.
• Willingness to learn; ability to follow direction closely.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• This position is intermediate level, performing physically demanding and high risk work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Service Carpenters work with trim, wall panels, repairing metal structures and roofs.
• This role may require occasional overnight stays on projects out of town.

Responsibilities

• Work with finishing materials such as trim and wall panels.

• This position is also responsible for working with exterior doors, completing miscellaneous demolition work, paving and concrete jobs, as well as remodel work.
• As a result, this position must wear safety harnesses to reduce the risk of falling anytime while operating any personal lift or while on any roof surface or deck.
• The ideal candidate should be well rounded in various areas of commercial construction.
• This position could require occasional overnight stays while working on projects which are out of town.
