We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to become part of our team. This role requires strong hands‑on carpentry skills, a solid knowledge of commercial construction practices, and the ability to safely operate a wide range of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on diverse projects, including finish carpentry, and concrete formwork, while contributing to high‑quality construction and renovation work.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair components such as walls, partitions, frameworks, etc.
• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify materials, dimensions, and project scope.
• Cut, measure, assemble, and shape lumber, plywood, and other building materials with precision.
• Install architectural elements including doors, windows, frames, flooring systems, and interior/exterior trim.
• Build and secure concrete forms, ensuring proper placement, alignment, and reinforcement.
• Perform concrete‑related work such as forming foundations, slabs, columns, and structural support.
• Operate and maintain power tools and equipment including saws, drills, nail guns, and sanders.
• Coordinate work with other trades such as superintendents and supervisors.
• Carry out tasks according to work plans, safety guidelines, and supervisor direction.
• Monitor job progress to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized, clean, and hazard‑free job sites in compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify construction issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Assist in training and supporting entry‑level carpenters.
