Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter’s hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Work a 40 hour week, get to work on time every day
• Ability to drive dump truck with trailer between jobs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
• Pass Background check & be drug free

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Carpenter is required-Minimum 5 years to be considered!!
• Commercial Tenant Improvement Construction experience REQUIRED--Wood and Metal stud framing
• Working knowledge of Stucco, Drywall, Concrete & Structural repairs
• Work well in a team
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools, must have own tools and vehicle
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes, preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of Procore, preferred
