Job summary

Tupelo Honey is seeking an experienced Front of House leader to guide daily service, benching for guest experience and ensuring smooth floor operations. You will oversee menu knowledge and recipe execution while managing shift transactions and POS activities.

Ideal candidates bring FOH experience, teamwork, strong math, and clear communication. We offer growth potential along with a comprehensive benefits package to support team members and their families.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
• Positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Clear and effective communication with managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels
• Be able to move and process information quickly.
• Working knowledge of the English language.
