Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly Front-of-House team member to greet guests, manage reservations, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

As part of a growing, southern hospitality-minded team, you will uphold service standards, work collaboratively with managers and peers, and help ensure accurate POS operations. English proficiency and quick information processing are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front-of-house service.
• Positive, proactive, and constructive teamwork attitude.
• Strong math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication with managers, staff, guests, and purveyors.
• Ability to process information quickly.
• Proficiency in English language.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to move and process information quickly
• Must have a working knowledge of the English language.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
