Murgado Automotive Group in Miami, FL is seeking a friendly BDC Service Agent to join our call center team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries, schedule visits, and update CRM records.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communicator in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to make 100+ outbound calls daily.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; bilingual a bonus.

Responsabilités
