Senior Recruitment Consultant | Energy Markets

We have a Renewable Energy client seeking to hire a Business Development Specialist – Service to join their team based remotely. In this role, you will support business growth by leading service contract bids, coordinating pricing strategies, and collaborating across departments to optimize service offerings.

  • Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar / Energy Storage
  • Work location: Remote
  • Work type: Direct Hire

  • Travel: Less than 30%
  • Must-have qualification: Fluency in Mandarin
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without any sort of visa or sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of bids for PV and BESS service contracts, including O&M agreements, SLAs, LTSAs, and MSAs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate non-standard contract terms.
  • Review and establish standard service pricing with the Service Management team.
  • Coordinate with legal, service, and O&M departments to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Identify best practices and recommend process improvements for contract management.
  • Present finalized service contracts to internal teams to ensure execution aligns with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with service contracts in a global service organization.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships across multiple countries and varying expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to assess contract nuances.
  • Understanding of sales and project execution processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented with a “Yes, we can” attitude.
