Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Service Billing Administrator to own the full service revenue cycle from PM and T&M work to delivered invoices. You will manage agreement setup, maintenance, billing schedules, and renewal communications in NetSuite/ Vision, ensuring on-time, accurate invoices and compliant tax handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of billing, invoicing, contract administration, or service-office admin experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of time-and-material and service agreement billing; progress/partial billing experience.
• Experience with ERP or field service management systems; NetSuite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the service invoice queue end to end; issue invoices within seven calendar days of last labor date.
• Verify billing-ready status: technician notes, labor hours, material costs, POs, reports.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, and contract data in ERP and ensure proper rate tables and taxes.
• Bill PMs on contractual schedules and manage renewal communications.
