Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Billing Administrator to own the full service revenue cycle from completed work to delivered invoices. This on-site role supports PM agreements, T&M projects, and renewal activities across the Service Division.

You will coordinate documentation, ensure accurate billing schedules, and communicate with Sales and Operations to resolve holds and disputes. A detail-oriented, process-driven candidate will thrive in this critical operational position.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service invoice queue end to end and bill within seven calendar days of last labor date.
• Verify billing-ready work orders: notes, labor hours, material costs, POs and required docs.
• Maintain accurate parts/equipment in the work order register before invoicing.
• Ensure correct customer, site, bill-to, rate table, labor category, overtime, travel charges on invoices.
• Identify and resolve billing holds and escalations with Sales or Operations as needed.
