Jim Ellis Audi Marietta is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to handle high volumes of customer calls and emails to schedule service appointments. You will follow up on offers, provide accurate vehicle and service information, and maintain customer records with precision.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service while working within a family-owned dealership group renowned in Georgia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments.
• Initiate customer outreach/outbound calls regarding service needs and available offers to establish service appointments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and questions by telephone and email.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide information on status of repairs.
• Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate.
• Enter new customer information into the system and verify existing data.
• Identify and elevate priority issues and perform follow-up calls.
