Jim Ellis Volkswagen of Kennesaw, part of the Jim Ellis Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our dealership team. You will respond to inquiries, set appointments for sales, and help maintain a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and set appointments for sales professionals.
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; forwarding requests.
• Explain vehicle features and options.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Complete all Leads in compliance with set guidelines; perform other duties as assigned by management.
