Job summary

Kendall Toyota of Eugene is seeking a Service BDC Receptionist to support the Service team. The role involves making outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate records for customers and vehicles.

You will help deliver a high level of customer care in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, motivated, and able to manage time effectively while using phone, email, and computer systems to serve clients and departments across Kendall

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Comfort with phone-based outreach and scheduling.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75–125 calls/day).
• Schedule service appointments and determine customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and other channels.
• Answer calls per company standards and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain vehicle and customer records in the computer system and perform data entry.
