• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75-125 calls per day)
• Schedule service appointments with customers quickly and politely
• Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors
• Answer phones and route calls according to company standards
• Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in the computer system
