Gerald Auto Group in Naperville, IL is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Agent to join our service team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate service appointments, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across our locations.

This full-time role requires a professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and accuracy in maintaining customer records. You will work 40 hours weekly, with early mornings and Saturdays, and opportunities for overtime.

Position: Centralized Scheduling Agent

We are seeking driven, professional individuals to join our team as Centralized Scheduling Agents within a fast-paced automotive group. This role is critical to our service operations and serves as the first point of contact for our customers.

As a Centralized Scheduling Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound communications, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects our organization's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and efficiency

• Follow up with customers to ensure appointment retention and satisfaction

• Communicate clearly and effectively with service departments across multiple locations

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in internal systems

• Consistently meet and exceed daily performance metrics and goals

Benefits:

• Pay range for this position:$17.00-$19.00 (potential monthly bonus opportunity of $100-$1500 based on individual productivity)
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
