Job summary

Customer Service Representative – Full-time

As a Gerald Collision Center CSR, you will be the voice and face of our collision center, so we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, be client focused, and have great attention to detail.

Essential Functions

• Welcome clients and visitors and direct to appropriate personal for estimates and vehicle pick up.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies.
