PENN Entertainment is seeking a bar/Concessions Staff member to efficiently set up, operate, and close down the bar area. You will take and distribute drink orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean work space.

Minimum age 18, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and TABC certification is required. One year of food and beverage experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Reports to: Concessions Manager or Restaurant Manager

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down of assigned bar.

Requirements
