Job summary

Penn Entertainment in Houston is seeking a dedicated bar attendant to support concessions operations. You will take, prepare, and deliver beverage orders to the wait staff, ensuring timely service during busy events.

This role involves inventory tracking, station setup and close-down, restocking from the commissary, and maintaining a clean work area. Previous food and beverage experience and a valid TABC certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• TABC certification required.
• 1 year prior experience in food & beverage preferred.

Reports to: Concessions Manager or Restaurant Manager

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down of assigned bar.
