Southerleigh Brewing Company is seeking a motivated Food Runner/Busser to support dining service by expediting dishes and assisting with table upkeep in a fast-paced setting. You will help ensure a smooth, hospitable experience for guests and contribute to a clean, organized dining area.

You will deliver dishes, stock condiments, wipe and reset tables, and assist the team in maintaining efficiency and guest satisfaction during busy service hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools or machines used in service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects safely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Job Description Food Runner/Busser

We are looking for a motivated Food Runner/Busser to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by expediting food from the kitchen to the table in a professional and hospitable manner. You will also assist in cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.

We are looking for a candidate that is proficient at managing multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
