Job summary

Maple Landing in Dallas is seeking a motivated Busser to join our team. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, resetting seating, and supporting servers.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long hours, and maintain high sanitation standards. Compensation is $10-12 per hour plus tips, with benefits including health and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience as a busser or entry-level restaurant position.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers Certification if not already held.

• We are looking for a motivated Busser to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, setting tables, and so forth. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, drinks, and customer experience.
• Compensation is $10-12 hourly (depending on experience) plus tip out, which averages to $16-25 hourly.

Busser Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and chairs after meals.
• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen.
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, condiments, and dishware.
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
• Respond to any spills or messes.
• Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.

Busser Qualifications

• Experience as a busser, food runner or other entry-level restaurant position is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies.
• Ability to carry heavy trays/other items and stand for long hours.
• Ability to remain professional and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
