Bobby Rahal Automotive Group in State College, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Assistant to support a busy service department. You will back up team members, review and bill repair orders, and answer phones to schedule service appointments.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, a Monday–Friday schedule with 7:30am–5pm hours, and opportunities to grow toward a Service Advisor. Pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Able to spend a large part of your workday at a desk.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
