Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Service Assistants to keep the dining room running smoothly and help create memorable moments for every guest.

You will show up ready, keep stations stocked, greet guests warmly, support servers and managers, and jump in to help wherever needed to make every shift a team win.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Energetic and positive with a love for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with clear communication.
• Able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station using company checklists to start shift.
• Keep dining room stocked and guest ready for service.
• Restock and reset tables quickly to greet guests without delay.
• Communicate with servers and managers to keep service seamless.
• Help with food running and carryout orders as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities.

• Start every shift with a positive attitude and prepare your station using company checklists
• Stay stocked on tableware dishes and supplies to keep the service flowing
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.

• Restock and reset tables quickly so guests are welcomed without delay
