Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Town and Country, MO is hiring Service Assistants to keep the dining room running smoothly and create memorable moments for every guest. You will prep stations, support the team, and contribute to Uncompromising Hospitality.

Ideal candidates are 18+, energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds. Open weekends and holidays, strong communication, and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Start every shift with a positive attitude and prepare your station using company checklists.
• Stay stocked on tableware, dishes and supplies to keep the service flowing.
• Follow departmental checklists and SOPs to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Keep the dining room and work areas clean, organized and guest ready; restock and reset tables quickly.
• Communicate with servers, food runners and managers to keep service running seamlessly.
• Help with food running and carryout orders to support the team.
• Greet guests with warmth and assist with questions about food, wine and facilities.
• Go beyond the expected to keep the dining experience comfortable, welcoming and polished.
