Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton is seeking a Sales Assistant (Product Genius) to be the showroom technology expert, delivering personalized demonstrations, guiding guests through infotainment, safety features, and connectivity, and leading engaging test drives. You will collaborate with Sales Advisors to enhance the guest buying journey and ensure a thorough vehicle delivery.

A high school diploma and comfort with technology are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and a drive record clean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Passion for automotive technology and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
