Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment.
• Safety-minded approach; OSHA familiarity preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Occasionally perform basic welding; training may be provided.
• Travel to jobsites throughout the United States as part of the Service Team.
• Make local pickups and deliveries, including occasional trailer towing.
• Support work during shutdowns, including weekends and holidays (double-time).
• Perform assembly tasks, review drawings, and use hand and power tools.
• Load and unload materials; maintain inventory of nuts, bolts, and components.
• Read blueprints and drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.

Imperial Conveying Solutions LLC is currently searching for a full-time Service/Assembly Associate to support our Service Department and contribute to a collaborative, family-oriented team environment.

This role is a great fit for a mechanically inclined candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist others while receiving feedback and direction professionally.

With 45 years in the material handling business, Imperial Conveying Solutions provides custom solutions in conveying bulk material through our experience & expertise to the benefit of our clients.

• Use stick welding skills when needed; experience is preferred, but training may be provided.
• Travel to jobsites throughout the United States as part of the Service Team when needed.
• Make local pickups and deliveries, including occasional trailer towing.
• Support work during company shutdowns when needed, including weekends and holidays. Sunday and holiday work is currently paid at double-time rates.
• Perform assembly tasks, including preparing materials, reviewing drawings, and using hand and power tools.
• Work overtime during busy periods when required.
• Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of nuts, bolts, idlers, and other key components.
• Prepare materials and components for shipment.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. as required for the position.
• Read blueprints and drawings; prior experience is preferred.
• Work with accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail.
• Use basic computer skills to support job-related tasks.
• Assist with arranging freight shipments as needed.
• Receive materials and verify accurate counts.
