Job summary

Lexus of Omaha is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to receive and respond to customer calls for the Service Department, scheduling appointments based on customer needs and shop availability. You will communicate with Service Advisors to ensure concerns are understood and properly scheduled.

The role requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; prior customer experience is preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Prior customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for the Lexus Service Department, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers.
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and service department availability.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customer concerns and service requests are clearly understood and properly scheduled.
• Provide basic information about services, appointment availability, and general service department questions.
• Assist in coordinating customer needs between the phone, service advisors, and the service department to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on the phone and in person while assisting customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
