Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service appointment calls using a script.
• Follow up with appointments and missed appointments.
• Confirm pending service appointments.
• Follow up with aged service leads and track show rate.
• Work with service leads to set dealership visits.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
