Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa is seeking a Business Development Representative to receive, process, and coordinate outgoing telephonic service inquiries, appointment requests, and internet queries. You will respond promptly by coordinating with the appropriate dealership department manager to set up visits.

The ideal candidate has strong English language skills, self-confidence, a post-high school education, solid computer abilities, and proven organizational skills; call center

Qualifications

• Strong command of English language.
• Post-high school education (college coursework or technical school).
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming Service Appointment calls using script.
• Follow up with appointments and missed appointments.
• Confirm all pending service appointments (service).
• Follow up with aged service leads.
• Track appointment show rate.
• Track and follow up with hot sheets.
• Work with service leads by contacting customers to set dealership visits.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
