Job summary

Spitzer Toyota Monroeville is seeking a Service Appointment Scheduler to handle appointment bookings, calls, and customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service for customers. You will play a key role in coordinating schedules and supporting service operations.

As part of a team, you will assist customers, manage desk communications, and help maintain smooth front-desk flow while growing with a top regional employer.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer programs.
• Strong critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance required.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about appointments or general information.
• Schedule appointments according to caller needs and staff availability.
• Route calls to the relevant department or personnel.
• Inform customers of special programs or incentives.
• Follow up with service customers by phone.
• Confirm service appointments with customers.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate location.
• Scan and file documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general information


• Schedule appointments in accordance with the timing needs of callers and staff availability


• Route calls to relevant department or personnel


• Inform customers of special programs/incentives


• Making follow up phone calls to service customers


• Calling and confirming service appointments


• Greet customers entering the reception cordially and guide them to the relevant location depending on the purpose of their visit


• Scanning and filing documents


• Performs other related duties as assigned
