Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale is seeking an energetic Service BDC Representative to be the heartbeat of our service department. You will be the first contact for customers, helping keep their vehicles safe and on the road.

You will answer inbound service calls, schedule maintenance, and make outbound reminders and promotions. You will work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth, welcoming drop-off experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar position (Customer service, call center, administrative, etc.)
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a Plus!
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual is a Plus

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recall notices, and special promotions.
