Job summary

Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Service Department. As the first point of contact for many service customers, you'll help create an outstanding experience and drive service retention.

Position requires strong communication, scheduling skills, and a positive attitude. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the Lovering Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or appointment scheduling experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and scheduling software.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• $43K-$54K annually based on experience and qualifications
