Germain Audi/Porsche Louisville is seeking a Service Lane Concierge in Louisville, KY. This full-time role supports the service department, coordinating appointments and communicating with customers to ensure a seamless, luxury-service experience.

As the essential link between customers and technicians, you will maintain records, relay status updates, and help reduce wait times. Previous auto-service coordination or strong customer service skills are preferred.

Service Lane Concierge

Full-Time Monday through Friday

$18-$20 per hour based on experience
