Job Summary

Provides superior customer service on Hayfield Window and Doors.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a respectful manner by providing relevant information which creates mutual understanding of any corrective action needed.
• Research customer service and product quality issues to independently determine the right action needed to resolve the problem at hand.
• Self-manage assigned work schedules and work orders, dependably schedule appointments with customers and coworkers.
• Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough and timely.
• Keep team members informed as needed of customer interactions & actions taken.
• Follow established Hayfield Window and Doors, making recommendations for process improvement.
• Ensures material is available to perform on-site service work. Keep service area neat and organized.
• Inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 – 10 hours at a time
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks using arms and hands)
• Must be able to work in a loud and fast paced environment, make good judgements, and provide assistance when necessary.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and understand written instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read and understand the U.S. measurement system to 1/32 of an inch
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule

Pay Range

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
