You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them understand maintenance and repair needs, outlining service options, and providing clear cost estimates before coordinating with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification
• Promote additional services and products to support service department revenue goals
• Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians
• Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
• Provide timely service updates and communication throughout the repair process
