Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking a Master Technician to join our energetic team. You will diagnose, repair, and test complex vehicle systems, provide accurate time estimates, and perform warranty work as required.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, hourly pay of $40-$46 with strong annual earning potential, air-conditioned shops, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company match, paid training and tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
