Pecheles Automotive in Washington is seeking a Service Advisor to support a busy Service Department. The role works closely with the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify required maintenance with customers and technicians.

• Compute cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle as requested.
• Estimate costs for repairs.
• Enter estimates and explain to customers.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Maintain CSI and a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in required training and follow policies.
• Record all hours worked in the timekeeping system.
• Follow safety rules and demonstrate core values.

Service Advisor (Weekends Off!)

Pecheles Automotive is growing in Washington and is currently seeking an Service Advisor to support our busy Service Department.

This position will work closely with the Service Manager, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers, handling multiple priorities, and contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Our Service Center operates Monday through Friday between 7:30AM and 6PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Meets dealership's standards for repair and order production.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
