The Pecheles Automotive Group in Washington is seeking a Service Advisor to support a busy service department. This role emphasizes strong customer service, automotive experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Service Manager, handling multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and organizational skills. Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6 PM, with weekends off as noted.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to customer specifications.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimates on service orders and explains them to customers.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Service Advisor (Weekends Off!)

Pecheles Automotive is growing in Washington and is currently seeking an Service Advisor to support our busy Service Department.

This position will work closely with the Service Manager, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers, handling multiple priorities, and contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Our Service Center operates Monday through Friday between 7:30AM and 6PM.
