• Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries.
• Maintain technicians' time inventory and service capacity.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of staff.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a good working relationship with factory(s).
