Job summary

North Central International - Corcoran in Corcoran, MN seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, guiding the repair experience from intake to delivery.

You will prepare estimates and work orders, coordinate warranty and vendor requirements, monitor progress, and clearly explain work and charges to customers, while upholding safety, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with service management software (DMS), estimating tools, and warranty systems strongly preferred.
• ASE certification(s) or OEM training certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work scheduled hours, which may include weekends or extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Assist in preparing for and making customer contacts, including scheduling appointments and documenting outcomes.
• Assist in planning and coordinating shop work and ensuring timely completion.
• Provide customer support during the service process and communicate updates and charges clearly.
• Assist with reviewing technician findings and preparing estimates.
• Support long-term customer relationships during vehicle pickup and follow-up.
