Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking a highly organized Service Advisor to connect customers with technicians and internal teams for timely vehicle repairs. You will manage service requests, track work orders, and coordinate scheduling to maximize technician utilization in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset to support transit agencies and ensure safe, reliable fleets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a service advisor or similar role in automotive/fleet/heavy equipment.
• Experience coordinating repairs, scheduling, and service work orders.
• Ability to explain technical repairs clearly to customers and technicians.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including warranty staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams for clear communication.
• Create and manage work orders in the ERP system with complete info.
• Coordinate and schedule service activities to optimize technician utilization.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on repairs.
• Ensure proper documentation of labor, parts, and technician notes.
• Review completed orders for accuracy before closure or billing.
• Support warranty processes with proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with parts and internal teams to finish repairs promptly.
• Maintain organized service records and data integrity in the system.
