McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan is seeking a motivated sales associate to guide customers through the service and sales process, building long‑term relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to delivery.

You will present maintenance and repair recommendations, follow up for approvals, collaborate with technicians, and track performance to grow commissions in a supportive, community‑minded dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of progressive auto service experience preferred.
• Proven sales performance and customer satisfaction track record.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently.

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $130,000

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
