Job summary

Earthborne Inc. in Warrington, PA is seeking a customer service–oriented service coordinator to support our growing truck and equipment shop. You will open and close work orders, assist with scheduling, communicate with customers during repairs, and help with administrative tasks.

This role offers paid training, flexible hours, and a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal

• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office experience.
• Good written and oral skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations of our customer.
• Open and close work orders, Bill work order accordingly and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers during their repair process at our facility.
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks
• Scheduling customer appointments and workloads in the shop.
• Estimating jobs
• Promoting our service team
