Job summary

D2B Groups LLC in Bucks County, PA is seeking a customer service and shop administrator to support our heavy equipment and trucking operations.

You will open and close work orders, communicate with customers during repairs, schedule appointments, estimate jobs, and help promote the service team. Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Good written and oral communication skills are essential.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Open and close work orders, bill accordingly, and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers during repair processes at the facility.
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
• Schedule customer appointments and workloads in the shop.
• Estimate jobs and promote the service team.
