Earthborne Equipment in Warrington, PA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and forestry machinery. You’ll work on modern equipment, stay current with the latest diagnostics, and help keep customers’ machines operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in repairing heavy equipment.
• Experience with construction or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems, and drivetrains.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, routine service, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, electronic, drivetrain, and mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues and propose solutions.
• Complete repairs efficiently and to Earthborne’s high standards.
• Communicate issues and status with service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Deliver workmanship and customer service on every job.

The Opportunity

As a Heavy Equipment Technician at Earthborne, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' equipment operating safely and efficiently. You'll work on a wide variety of modern construction and heavy equipment while developing your skills and staying current with the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction and heavy equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, routine service, and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, electronic, drivetrain, and mechanical systems
• Use diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify equipment issues
• Complete repairs efficiently, accurate, and to Earthborne's high standards
• Communicate equipment issues, repair recommendations, and job status with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver a high level of workmanship and customer service on every job

What We're Looking For

We welcome technicians with all levels of experience. If you have the mechanical ability, willingness to learn, and desire to build a career, we'd like to meet you.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Experience with construction or heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems, and drivetrains
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsProfessional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Desire to continue learning and stay current with advances in equipment and repair technology
• CDL is a plus, but not required
