Description

Ron Tonkin Toyota is experiencing significant year-over-year growth and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. Our dealership fosters a family-like culture. As our Service Advisor, you will be the main contact between our clients and the Service Department. Ideal candidates will have prior automotive service advising experience and strong relationship-building skills.

Schedule

Monday – Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet sales forecasts.
• Prioritize required services and provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, expenses, and changes.
• Ensure a positive dealership experience for customers.
