Cycle Springs Powersports, LLC, a division of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, seeks a motivated Service Advisor to be the center of communication for service and repair activities. You will serve as the main contact for guests and technicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in a high luxury dealership as a Service Advisor, a high school diploma, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor.
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to stay calm under stress.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests by phone or in person to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Welcomes each guest with a prompt and enthusiastic greeting.
• Personally refers guests with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the service advisor level to the service manager.

Job Description

Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 depending upon industry experience, skills and certifications!

The Service Advisor is the center of communication for service/repair activities and the liaison between Cycle Springs guests and the technicians. Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, the Service Advisor must listen and thoroughly understand guest problems, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage expectations on the part of the guests and the technicians in terms of service delivery.
